yes, you may bring along any loose beads that you have. we will be able to utilise it during the design process.
additional charges may apply for wiring or charm conversion.

there is no limitations to how many pieces you can create for this bespoke session.
if you wish to make multiple products, you may drop us a message with picture references before booking your slot so we can advise on the time required.

it depends.
to ensure your jewellery is at its best quality, each piece is crafted meticulously by our in-house skilled jeweller.
it also depends on the complexity of your design. we will try our best to complete your jewellery during the session so you can bring it home immediately.
however, you may also choose to come back later in the day to collect your order, or have it couriered to you directly within the next 1-2 working days. $5 courier fee applies. Free delivery for all orders above $80.
